These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with any applicable service agreement or subscription document ("Service Agreement"), form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and EasyFlow AI Solutions ("EasyFlow," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our services, website (

1. Services Provided
EasyFlow provides AI-powered automation tools to help businesses increase customer engagement and sales through SMS, email, and other messaging platforms. Our solutions may include, but are not limited to:

We may update or modify our offerings at any time, with or without notice.
2. Client Access and Responsibilities
Upon registration, EasyFlow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services during the agreed term. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access is limited to five authorized users.

You are at least 18 years oldAll account information provided is accurate and up to dateYou have obtained all legally required consents from individuals you intend to contact through our platform (e.g., TCPA compliance in the US)You will not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse the system
3. Client Data & AI Model Training
Client retains ownership of all data uploaded to the Site. By using our Services, you grant EasyFlow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. Any AI-generated knowledge or model improvements derived from your use of the system remain the intellectual property of EasyFlow.
4. EasyFlow Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, databases, software, documentation, trademarks, content, and logos remain the sole property of EasyFlow and are protected by applicable laws. You may not:
Copy, sublicense, or sell any part of the platformReverse engineer or attempt to derive the software source codeUse the platform to build a competing product or service
5. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to treat all confidential business, technical, and personal information disclosed during the term of this agreement with reasonable care. Confidential Information does not include publicly known or independently developed information. Confidentiality obligations survive for three years after termination.
6. Pricing, Billing & Termination
We may offer a free demo. Clients on a performance-based pricing model agree to pay for all results delivered by EasyFlow’s automation (e.g., appointments booked or sales generated).
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, Client agrees to pay for any services rendered or results generated up to the effective date.
7. Data Security & Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data and are GDPR-compliant. We employ commercially reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of data. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor do we warrant that results will meet your expectations.
9. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall EasyFlow be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by Client within the last 6 months.
10. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EasyFlow and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, including third-party claims regarding unauthorized outreach.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of

, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or courts in Ireland.
12. Modifications and Interruptions
EasyFlow reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without liability. Continued use after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
